The kettle’s innovative design, first launched for professional kitchens more than a decade ago, won the hearts of many dealers, looking for concrete improvements in the sector of combination cooking vessels offered by European manufacturers. Paavo Lintunen, from Metos Center in Finland, was Guest Chef, as his cooking delighted hundreds of onlookers over the days of the show. The Proveno will begin roll out in early spring of 2012, and is available throughout Europe, Middle East, Sub Continant, Far East and Pacific markets.
